N82 Hacks!

i was bored, so i restored my N82 to its factory settings and started tinkering with it.

for 5 hours, i forgot about my ipod touch! i just realized it could do more than an ipod touch can. when i bought it, i treated it like a gsm phone with a better camera. maybe because i got tired of playing with gadgets this year. maybe it’s the aging. aw. i bought my ipod touch as a toy,
and after having it jailbroken, i lost my interest in it.

anyways, i loaded my phone with my on-the-go playlist, really cool themes! from mmcforums.net, sports tracker – of course, the you tube player (very handy when you’re in the toilet, you can sit there as long as you want, searching for videos via wifi), some card games — poker and maumau, some productivity tools — time tracker, task manager, etc., wellness diary, woman app, location tagger, ah and moooooore.

i changed the smart logo into a transparent operator logo, hmmm changed my message tone, ring tones, etc.

i got tired and stopped when i couldn’t find a cracked dopewars. i really miss that game. it used to be my bedtime play when i still have my n6600 and tungsten. iphone has dopewars now, maybe i could hack one into my ipod touch.

now i’m beginning to love my phone. i never cared for it before, it has lots of scratches and i’ve dropped it a hundred times already, fortunately all of its features are still working. maybe i’d cry if i drop it and break the gps device.

i’m planning to jog around rockwell in the next few days and i bet my n82 will really be a great companion. =)

surfing on my laptop via sony ericsson k608i

i’m paying 10 pesos per 30 mins for this. hmmm, but it’s ok, it’s an accomplishment for me to have my laptop access the internet via my mobile phone.

i have lots of things in mind for my phone tonight. i have to download a new caller ringtune. i checked smart’s website for a list of tunes looking for greenday but, nada. so i think i’ll download one of lenny kravitz instead. then i’ll put some cool ringtones and message tones too. i can download them freely from mobile9.com. hmmm so i guess, i’ll have greenday’s boulevard of broken dreams mp3 ringtone. piracy in the mobile world rocks but i don’t know any website who sells greenday mobile contents! harhar. i got some star wars tones too. i’m getting comfortable with this connection speed, i already consumed my 20 free download credits in mobile9. it’s a good thing i switched to consumable plan for my smart gold line.

now, i should get some sleep. this made me happy.
